Great place to do business with i spoke to kyle explaining to him what I needed and that what got needed to be trip ready as my family and I was heading to Montana. We ended up purchasing a 2019 grand caravan and we took it Montana and back the van did awesome and is very comfortable thanks again kyle and Ron

Awesome experience from start to finish. My family and I were just passing through the area on way to a weekend at Starved Rock. Wanted to test drive a Raptor, so we stopped in. We were greeted by DeAndre Riley. Felt like an old friend. Made it comfortable for my wife and two children. Brought the Raptor we asked for right up front. Fell in love as soon as we buckled our seatbelts. Answered every question we had. Within an hour we were financed through U of I credit union. Then on to Adam Blue and signing papers. They only had one key at the time. Allison Carr reached out to me a few days later and set up a time to come back and get second key programmed. They washed vehicle and filled gas tank and washer fluid. Will definitely return for all related services and future vehicles. Thanks Heller! Great job.

1 of the best car dealership experiences I’ve had. I worked with Kyle, He was great, very knowledgeable punctual and just all-around great customer service. He even made contact with me on his day off! I was an out-of-state buyer. I flew to the airport. They came and picked me up. Everything worked out great. I’ve been telling everybody about Heller Ford. Great experience!

Their prices for used, new, and trade-in are the best I've come across, they make the process of buying smooth and enjoyable, and their staff from sales to service is excellent. Heller Ford gets it and is my go-to anytime I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Noah, Kris, and John, all were great. Noah did a great job at finding a vehicle that would fit my daughter after much difficulty. They all were friendly, understanding, truthful, upfront and honest with her. Everyone went above and beyond to help her. Most definitely would go back and recommend to go see Heller Ford in El Paso, IL.
